Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing
digital content across all company platforms. This role aims to build a strong brand
identity, increase engagement, and drive marketing objectives through strategic
social media management. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing
team, designers, and copywriters to implement effective strategies and optimize
brand visibility online.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy based on
competitor research and audience analysis.
● Create, publish, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant
platforms.
● Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools such as
Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
● Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, track
performance, and optimize results.
● Monitor and respond to audience interactions, messages, and comments to
enhance community engagement.
● Track and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta
Insights, Twitter Analytics, and other analytics tools.
● Work closely with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency
across all content.
● Research and propose innovative content ideas to increase user
engagement.
● Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content
  creation.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, paid ads, and audience
  targeting.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance and
  optimize strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO basics and organic reach optimization.
• Experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
