- Conducting interviews, workshops, and observations to gather information and elicit requirements.
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Proposing, documenting, designing optimized business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and the development team to define and design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Creating functional specifications to communicate the desired solution.
- Evaluating proposed solutions against business needs.
- Creating clear and comprehensive documentation, such as business requirement documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Communicating requirements and solution designs to the development team and other stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing support and clarification throughout the development and implementation phases.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and quality assurance teams to define test plans and test cases.
- Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that the solution meets the defined requirements.
- Facilitating defect resolution and ensuring that all identified issues are addressed before deployment.
