Code Clouders is looking for a talented Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, Your role will be to seek out new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with potential clients. You will use your communication skills to forge strong relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. We will rely on you in partnership with our marketing department to conduct market research and benefit from your strategic plan for business development. You will also play a vital role in expanding our market presence and ensuring that our services are in line with the client’s needs. To enhance sales and contribute to the growth of our business in the long term.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas within the IT sector.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and contribute insights to shape our business development strategies.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, such as networking, online platforms, and referrals.
- Engage leads through effective communication, needs assessment, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful client partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with our IT services.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for additional value.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with IT vendors, service providers, and industry stakeholders to expand our service offerings and market reach.
- Develop joint offerings and collaborate with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Present our IT solutions persuasively to potential clients, highlighting their relevance and advantages in addressing client challenges.
- Offer consultative advice to clients, understand their technical concerns, and recommend suitable IT solutions.

- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the IT industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis, with the ability to identify market opportunities and devise effective strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage clients and partners effectively.
- Knowledge of IT trends, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
