Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.

• Gather feedback from interviewers and assist in the decision-making process.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
1. Offer Negotiation and Closing:
• Work closely with the HR team to facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing offers.
• Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the final stages of the hiring process.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on technical positions.
• Familiarity with technology stacks, programming languages, and industry-specific skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
