Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be on identifying and recruiting skilled professionals with a strong technical background to meet the evolving needs of our company. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Job Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the technical skills, experience, and qualifications required for various positions.
- Create and refine job descriptions based on the gathered information.
- Sourcing and Outreach:
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to proactively source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone and/or video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Gather feedback from interviewers and assist in the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Negotiation and Closing:
- Work closely with the HR team to facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing offers.
- Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the final stages of the hiring process.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on technical positions.
- Familiarity with technology stacks, programming languages, and industry-specific skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
