Job Description:

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user
interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This role involves working closely
with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centric
solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Job Requirements:

● 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
● Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
● Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
● Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
● Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are
feasible and implemented correctly.
● Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a
plus.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
